@Cecilia ugghhh it's so hard!! Especially when coming does not come easy for me, like at all! 😩
Following because most of the food I give for dinner ends up on the floor 🤣
Cheese ravioli is a fave currently!
My son isn't picky he eats all foods. I introduced him to everything and he hasn't found anything he doesn't like yet so I guess I got lucky. But a fan favorite is just simple pasta and hamburger with cheese sauce.
I gave my two year old a tin of ravioli in tomatoe sauce and he ate the whole tin and wanted more
I've also found he loves sausages with red peppers cooked with red pesto stirred into pasta
He likes cheesy chips with bacon crispy on top and peas sprinkled on
Lots of things he will try most things but won't always eat it
Sometimes he has three or four mini fromaige fraise and won't eat anything else
Organic Mac and cheese with cooked lentils is one of our safe foods Also oatmeal, Greek yogurt, all fruits, nut butters, bread, butter too
Look at family cookbook ideas! Wholesome yum has some good recipes on her blog, kids eat in color does also. We have some baby and toddler cookbooks.
Just a tip, lunch items can be dinner ideas, and breakfast for dinner is always an idea that changes things up and makes it fun
My 18 month old this week has enjoyed -meatloaf with mash potato and peas, -small chunks of steak with rice, corn and avocado, -baked salmon with boiled broccoli and cut blueberries , -creamy rice with spinach and shredded chicken
•Taco mac n cheese •Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken and spinach •chicken nuggests, mini cheese cubes and fruit •Steak, baked potato, vegetable •Grilled cheese, salad, burger patty •Spaghetti with spinach and kidney beans
