Kadhi pakora

What yogurt do you use in Kadhi pakora. I've tried a good kadhi pakora from a restaurant and it tasted sour, wanted to achieve a similar flavour at home

Henna natural yogurt it’s best for kadhi It’s fat free yogurt nd a little sour If you want more sour taste you can add a little fresh lemon juice when you finish kadhi cooking

I use Rani yogurt I’ve kept in the fridge about a week or so to give it that delicious kadhi kick 🫶🏻

Noo I don’t let the date finish, but I taste it & when it’s nice & sour it’s perfect 😌 Love pakora kadhi, so tasty!
