I've brought the always disposable underwear for after I've given birth, just wondering what the brand and absorbency is needed for pads to be worn afterwards too

@Jess how many nappies do we need? I got 2 packs of the underwear nappies for myself. 12 in each pack. Do I need more? Thanks x
@atosa 2 packs should get you through the first few days depending on how heavy you're bleeding ect I honestly wore them for like 2 weeks bc they were the easiest for me to change and felt most secure , one pack for hospital should be fine tho . Incontinence pads are really good aswell if you're not too keen on the adult nappies they're really absorbent and normally cheaper than the branded maternity pads xx

Honestly I just wore the always adult nappies for the first 2 weeks and then the super mega period pads after. Adult nappies are honestly 10/10 after birth you feel a lot more secure in them x
