I agree it’s super hard to remember but it’s important that you at least keep taking vitamin D especially given we’re in the winter months ❤️
i don’t think i’ve taken a vitamin since i was 12 weeks, i keep forgetting and by the time i remember to take one i’m not in the mood. my diet is awful so i probably should make more of an effort but there’s just already so much shit to do😂
I’m only taking vitamin D now and iron (because my iron levels were low) - checked with my midwife and she said anything more than vitamin D isn’t really necessary now x
Me!! Keep forgetting too. But I think it's okay to forget every now and then. It was most important for folic acid in the 1st trimester I think?
