Winter or summer?

I have a fall/winter baby and I’m about to have a spring/summer baby. I’d way rather have a fall/winter baby.

My first pregnancy and this baby are both spring babies, so no summer pregnancy for me! I do think I would hate being pregnant ok the summer because I tend to swell a little in the heat and I think pregnancy swelling would be so awful!! However this winter and being pregnant is rough too for me. I feel like it’s been especially cold and icy which makes getting outdoors even for a walk miserable for me, so I’m moving much less than I would in warmer weather. And I’m in more pain sleeping for whatever reason. This winter seems different than other winters though! Spring is coming though 🙏🏻

I had a January baby and I’ll be having a May baby next. I don’t think I would enjoy being heavily pregnant and in the heat of summer so I feel like May is perfect cuz it’s barely warming up and not for long. Winter felt so good 8 months pregnant with my last buuuut now that she’s a little more grown I’ve realized over the years no one shows up for her birthday because half or more get sick from holidays and the cold weather so for that I dislike it cuz it’s just too cold to do the things she likes or wants and people don’t show

So far I enjoyed being pregnant in the summer more than this pregnancy being in the winter. I never got sick my last pregnancy during the summer but I’m catching everything this time.

I much preferred my January due date 😭 I was pregnant from May until January, and I had such a pleasant first and second trimester with lots of fresh fruits and veggies from farmer's markets, and then when I didn't feel like doing anything or socializing anyway because it was too damn cold, I had the perfect excuse to cozy up in bed!! Now I'm due in May, and I'm huge already, so my back hurts sooo badly too, but I also have degenerative disc disease. I'm just glad I'm not due in June/July so hopefully it won't be too hot when I'm waddling around in my third trimester and chasing a toddler at the park 🙃 I also had such bad morning sickness for Halloween and Thanksgiving. For both pregnancies though I missed out on wine at Thanksgiving and Christmas and champagne at new years, and I'm the type of person who only really drinks on special occasions, so that sucked lol.

Honestly I'd rather have a fall/ winter baby

I don’t have AC, but I do have heating!! So I’d much rather be pregnant in the winter than the summer. I guess it’s all just circumstantial 😅
