Birthday at nursery

So my little one will be at the nursery on his birthday and I was wondering what is best to bring. A cake, cupcakes or sweets?

Mine as well but was told I can bring something but kids aren’t allowed to eat it there. Must be taken to their homes so we aren’t going to bother!

We’ve been told fruit is a good idea, they’ll make a fruit platter with a candle in the middle for him to blow out. Healthy and nut free x

I think a cake. They can all sing happy birthday to your little one and make them feel special, then have some or take it home. My little boy gets given birthday cake a lot for his pudding at the childminders when it’s been others birthdays ☺️ xx

I’d take a cake but make sure with the nursery that there aren’t any children with specific allergies, as they won’t allow it on the premises

I'd check with nursery. Ours used to allow cupcakes but because of allergies asked for individually bagged sweets. Then they said its easier if you want to bring something to not make it food based. So we've had bubbles and stickers etc before

Ours wouldn’t allow anything to be brought in x
