Can anyone help

Hey yall! I’m in need of some advice here! I’m currently 19 DPO and just took the bottom test at nighttime. I have had my HCG tested and it was 95 and 2 days later it was 275. My progesterone was very low so my doctor prescribed progesterone pills. I am bleeding heavily with some clotting but not consistently. I don’t understand what’s going on but hoping maybe the progesterone will help?!
