Bed time

What is your bed time for your 4 month old? He’s currently not going down until 10, but gets so grumpy around 8. If I try earlier around 8 he will eat and then not go down or he will treat it like a nap. Should I try even earlier!?

I didn't enforce any kind of bedtime until around 2/3. Babies kinda have their own thing going on and it seems to just add stress with bedtime. (But all that said I'm pretty anti-CIO so that's also a factor)

I have done a bed time of 7-8pm since my baby was born

@Rebecca Yea I’ve been pretty go with the flow - don’t want to sleep train at all. But we are really starting to a struggle with all things sleep

Wake time has changed depending on his age. When he was younger (2-6mo) he’d sleep a lot more, wake up around 6am for a feed, and go back to sleep for another 2 hours Now he’s 12 months old, and wakes up and starts his day at 6:30am. Usually he’s in bed no later than 7/730pm
