My daughter is exactly the same, when she has pants she holds in her wee and poo 😞 Wishing you all the luck to crack it 🤞🏼

Keep naked from waist down whilst at home. Then introduce pants

Me 2 🤔still challenging he’s 3years and 5 months

We’ve got the same issue, started potty training at 2.5 (like we did with her older sister)- picked up wees straight away but constant soiling. After a while We took her to the GP who said she had chronic constipation/ immature bowel and backed up hence the pant soiling. Did usual more water, changed diet, no changes. Now we are on movicol daily and wearing training pants as a back up for poo accidents (does most wees on potty) not where we wanted to be but if it’s medical not behavioural try not to feel bad about it and get support. Also look on ERIC website x

She's on movicol on a daily basis she been doing wee in her potty but no poos as she's scared to push

My little boys been the exact same! Potty trained for wee’s on the toilet, then would just stand in a corner and stand pushing for a poo when he just couldn’t hold it in anymore. I’d just have to quickly try and get him to the toilet hoping he’d carry on pushing when he sat down. This has been the case for around 7 months. Then about 3 weeks ago, just said out loud ‘ I need a poo’ and been to the toilet ever seen. Really weird as it just switched one day. He doesn’t seem constipated anymore and quite happy to go to the loo if he needs to. Today’s he’s had 2 on the toilet and told me both times when he needed to go. It’s just time i supose, pushing can be scary for them when it’s hurt one too many times. I never thought it would happen any time soon.

My daughter is the same she’s also struggled to poo since birth been a constant issue we’re still potty training her! X

Have you tried limiting dairy and bread, that really blocks my daughter up and I can’t allow her bread daily. I give her diluted apple juice first thing in the morning and ensure she stays hydrated as I’ve noticed when she drinks less her poo’s are hard and she doesn’t go regularly x
