Smash cake recipe 🎂

Coconut flour is more absorbant than oat and and you need to put less. I didn't do that and it was a bit thick but still good.

I went to a smash cake play session and they used gateau for the pictures as it gets a bit more of a messy effect for photos! Worked fab - wonder if that’s something you could do low sugar of at all
