Measuring way ahead
I had my 28 week midwife appointment today but the midwife said I was measuring 32 weeks! Has anyone else had this?
Not sure if this is normal or not, I do have extra growth scans booked in so I’m not overly worried.

I had my appointment today. Also measuring big like she couldn’t plot it on the chart. So I’ve got another appointment in 2 weeks. She struggled to find the fundal so MDU said to measure me again in 2 weeks, then take it from there.
I was measuring 3 weeks ahead as well so I got a growth scan booked and all good. Apparently happens quiet often sometimes but then everything is good x

I honestly wouldn’t worry the measurements mean nothing! It’s the size of the baby on the scan that matters. My fundal height was was measuring 4 weeks ahead most of the time in my last pregnancy (measured 44 weeks at 38) and my baby came out 5lb 13oz😅🤣 x

could be loads of reasons you’re measuring ahead, my midwife said i was measuring ahead with my first and sent me for all these growth scans, turns out i just had excess fluid and a big bump😅
