Private scan and children
Does anyone know if your kid can come with you to an early scan that you book privately? I know they can't with the ones on NHS. We haven't told anyone we're expecting and haven't got anyone that could easily look after her for a while so if she can't come in I might have to go in on my own while my husband is with her 😬

I’d call the company to check but most private ones are happy to accommodate kids x
I had a scan on Tuesday and my baby came in, the tech was even talking to him during it.
Yes but I took my daughter and she got really distressed and confused what was happening to me. She had to leave the room with hubby. Never expected that!!
Thank you for the feedback ladies! I will hope that she can come in but maybe bring something to distract her so she doesn't get distressed as she's a very sensitive girl and don't want her thinking I'm getting hurt or ill

I’ve got one with Window to the Womb and it says the same thing. I rang them and said I had a toddler with no one else to take care of her and they were fine with it. I think they prefer there not to be any kids but understand some parents have no choice.
