Pain in their lower tummy? I’m 12 weeks Saturday. Just so anxious!

I have been suffering weeks on and off with left side abdominal pain .. even had 4 or 5x shows of brown blood (old) so the EAU aren't concerned unless i have paind as bad as a period and or active red bleeding 😫
