Teething rash
Did anyone experience severe rash on cheeks due to teething? No other symptoms than extreme drooling

Yes, super normal!
My LG had recurring issues with this, but on the chin and under, and it was way way worse, to the point that it turned into atopic dermatitis. I had to use a prescription cream, but to stop it getting that bad, this is what I was told to do by the paediatrician: pat and not drag a wipe / tissue / muslin when cleaning her face and applying Hydromol regularly( or Vaseline) to stop drool and acidic food making it worse. IT WORKED! I’m sure your LG won’t get that bad, but these measures really helped it not coming back to dermatitis level.

My lgs cheek has been like this today and she has finally cut 1 of the bottom molars It's been super hot and very bright red
