Post narcissist

I'm coming up to 3 years of freeing myself from a narcissistic relationship. I've been single all this time and concentrated on myself, kids, and home. Some days, it gets lonely, and I'd like to think I could find love, but I have zero trust in any man anymore. Let alone confidence. Do I continue on this path alone until the right person finds me or do I need to put in some leg work and get back out there?
