Nuby Rapid Cool - Help
We’ve been gifted the nuby bottles and just used for the first time. We’re doing the hot shot method so…
Measuring 5oz, then pouring 4oz into the nuby keeping the other 1oz in the bottle. We then add the 5 scoops of formula and shake. Once the nuby is green I’m pouring the remainder of the water into the bottle. HOWEVER the water measurement is then showing above 5oz.
I’ve seen somewhere that this happens however when we use our perfect prep machine it doesn’t happen so I’m confused.
Can someone advise? 🙈☺️

It's normal, it happens with the perfect prep too once you go over a certain amount of Oz. As long as you know you're using the correct amount of water to formula you're fine x
It's the formula in the water that makes the level go up but as long as you're measuring the right amount of water its fine 🙂
Oh wait? You’re still meant to pour the full amount of water in the bottle? 😂😂😂 I was just measuring to the 160ml mark and discarding the rest hahahahaha

It’ll be the formula in the water making it rise above the level. The prep machine does start doing this too when the feeds get bigger. My boys on 7oz and on the mam bottles it’s closer to 8.
