I had my two babies at the same hospital, and I had absolutely no problems. All the staffs were great.
Due to problems with my insurance coverage, i was forcé to change the hospital were i was suposed to delibere a month before giving birth and I had to go to St. Joseph Medical Center inDowntown. I had doubts and fear but at of the day, I had a great experience with all the staff. I would do it again.
@Kanan that’s what I’m worried for😮💨 I don’t want a hot mess type of situation. I’m worried it’s going to be chaotic and I’ll regret not just going to emergency at st Luke’s
@AJ that’s reassuring !
@Rosa this is what I’m hoping for ! so they gave you no problems and made sure you were very comfortable??
@Alexandria yes they do. I gave birth 3 months ago and they have been a great support. Today they are very attentive to me since I am dealing with postpartum depression.
I definitely wouldn’t go back and I had all my kids there …my last baby was in the nicu for 3 weeks and they mistreated her ….and me as well but I can speak up for myself
@Nayyy so overall a bad experience😭did you feel like they made you uncomfortable? Were they unprofessional?
I had my son there and the staff was absolutely amazing. I had a great experience. I was in labor for 2 days and had to have an emergency C-section. This was during Covid so we had our own private room. They kept me and my mom well informed and even after I gave birth, they were great!
Ugh I would not go back again … I did not enjoy my birth experience, my son was born around shift change , it was a hot mess, being told the Dr was in a meeting and I had to wait, isn’t the type of event I can just wait for a Dr …
