@Laura not any clear ones of the area. Which is alright, as we’ll go back and find out. I find it quite humorous tbh 😂
Did they make you do little shakes to make baby move?
@Laura yes, and jumping jacks and laying on my side, and walking around 😂
I found bending legs whilst laying down lifting bum up and giving your belly a little shake side to side worked to get legs uncrossed lol
It’s still really early (judging by your profile) it’s only fairly recently that scan places have started offering gender scans earlier than 18 weeks as it can be so difficult to tell. One of my boys was awkward and wouldn’t give us an obvious view at 16 weeks. We went back a week later and he made it a bit easier but still not obvious. By 20 weeks he showed us in all his glory!
I know going back to 2020 they were offering gender scans from 15+ weeks privately we did back then at 16+5 then as we did recently so it's not recent it's just unfortunate baby didn't want to cooperate this time round lol
@Laura I think this is place dependent. No where near us when we had our first in 2020 did gender scans before 18 weeks. They’ve only started in the last 3 years. I’ve been a midwife for 10 years so for me it’s quite a recent change
Before my appt i drank grape juice, like chugged a cup, about 15min before my appt. Baby was hella moving 🤣
@C maybe that’s what I’ll do next time 😂
Def try it. Or if you drink coke you can do that too. 🤣 even after the appt baby was all over the place. It was the longest she ever moved ❤️
@C sugar rush 😂
Have you got any images from your dating scan and this scan?
