Hi ladiess, my little boy is 4 months old, can everyone share their routines for their little ones around the same age? Looking at starting to get him into a routine now x

My little boy is 3 months, and goes to bed every night 7:30-8pm and sleeps until around 1am for his first night feed, then wakes again at around 5:30-6am, goes back to sleep and is awake with his 2 year old sister at around 7:30-8am xx

Hi, my little boy is 4.5 months. We’ve always done bed around 8/9 (depending when his last feed is) but the lead up to bed time is bath around 7/7:30, book or sensory play, bottle, then bed. He does sleep till around 6:30/7 and then in the morning when he gets up he has his first bottle and has a nap for around 1.5 hours after that we are either out walking or playing, and he’ll have his second nap around dinner time 12/1, his last nap after that is 3-4:30 ish. I’ve always found regular feeds every 3-4 hours and never over 4 hours helps him sleep through the night so he’s full X

@Heidi my little boy has regular feeds in the day 6oz every 3-4 hours but still wakes up for one feed a night hahah, bedtime at the moment i go on when his last feed is due to be aswell, i wanna get him into like an 8pm bedtime everynight for example but the regressions hitting hard at the moment hahah x

@Charlotte Finley has 6oz but I give him 7 for his last feed and 7 for his first after the night. When does your boy have his last nap? We’ve only recently been doing the 8 o’clock bedtime, before it was more 9/9:30 but we’ve changed his last nap for 5 to 3/4 which seemed to help. The regression is hard bless him X

I also found it Finley did wake it was because it dropped cold, not hunger. So we’d give him a bottle but he just wanted warmth, so he sleeps in a sleeping bag with his arms in, we did do the transition out one arm at a time and when it came to the second arm he was disturbing because he was cold so we are waiting for a long sleeve one to be delivered as I think that’ll help as we’ve now put both arms back in and he’s back to sleeping through x

16 weeks Wake up 8:30am ish, follow 90 min wake windows through the day, all his naps are contact naps as he refuses to sleep alone in the day. And then wind down for bed at 7:30pm, fast asleep by 8pm in his next to me. We’ve been in the depths of the sleep regression so he’s been waking up frequently past fortnight, but before that it was only a 1am & 5am breastfeed… fingers crossed we get back to that soon ahah x

14 weeks 2 hour wake windows. Wake at 7am ish Nap 9-10am Bath time in the morning because she gets annoyed being messed about with before bed Nap 11-12pm Nap 2-3pm Nap 5-6pm Sleep sack, feed, low stimulation, minimal talking and eye contact, Bedtime at 7pm Wake at 10pm (1st night feed) Wake at 1am/2am (2nd feed) Wake at 4-5am (3rd feed) 7am wake for the day! We just got her on CMPA prescribed milk and she’s slowly changing her feeding times but this is what has been happening before that change! (she put herself in this routine, we noticed via huckleberry)

@Heidi tbf his last nap is usually around 5-6 which probably dont help haha x

@Heidi i have wondered if this is why my little one wakes, but he polishes off the bottle when offered so im not sure whether it is cold or hunger haha x

@Charlotte Finley did have a nap around that time and if definitely helped making it earlier for an earlier bedtime, it’s all trial and error as they are all so different X

@Holly Driscoll our little boy has CMPA prescribed milk, and it changed his sleep for the better, on breast milk he would never settle and then from 6 weeks when we changed it he’s slept through, he is so settled, happy and content. I love huckleberry!!! X

16 weeks and we follow huckleberry wake windows throughout the day. 8am wake up and feed 9:15am nap 1 11am wake up and feed 12:30pm ish nap 2 1:30pm ish wake up and feed 3pm ish nap 3 4pm wake up and feed 5:30-6pm final nap (I make sure it ends no later than 6:30pm but aim for 30 minutes) Bottle hang out a bit with fam then about 7pm go up for bath, massage, books, then asleep by 8pm.
