Spotting before Period
anyone experienced prolonged spotting before period with endo?
I’ve always had 2 days of spotting and never thought anything of it but my last two cycles have been more like 3-4 days of spotting and it taking forever for me to actually come on my period so my cycles are becoming longer, even though I’m typically a 28 day cycle woman and always have been.
Had blood tests and all fine hormone wise.

@Tammy I wonder what causes it, usually I know exactly when my period is going to come so this is bizarre and new to me x
Yes! I always used to spot on day 21 for a few days before my period actually started. I also had low progesterone so could’ve been a bit of both. Currently have a 2 week old so will be interesting to see if my periods change when they return.
@Ali low progesterone is def a likely cause of the spotting. my levels aren’t low so I have no idea what’s causing mine!
Yeah also means for me that my period lasts like 10 days! I’m not actually had a diagnosis yet had my MRI in December and I’m not seeing my consultant untill April I wondered if it was the endo
