Daughter keeps complaining her diapers are too tight

I’m a FTM and my daughter always keeps touching her diaper and complaining it’s too tight. I tried bigger sizes but she still always complains they’re too tight and tries to pull them down. I use pampers. Is there a different diaper I can use that would be more comfortable for her? I know this is a sign she is also ready for potty training but we haven’t gotten started yet.
