Morning after pill

Hey ladies I had sex last night and twice this morning with out protection with this guy I’m seeing he didn’t ejaculate in me but I still want to be cautious and I know I’m stupid for not using protection! I don’t need the 3rd degree I know it was stupid. I want to take the morning after pill I didn’t take it today cause I feel like it wouldnt be effective as we had sex this morning aswell as last night, I googled that I can take it in the first 72 hours is that correct? I’m not ovulating so I know there’s a chance I won’t get pregnant but saying that I know I can still get pregnant lol so is it fine to take it first thing tomorrow morning? (I’m going on the pill this week so this won’t be an issue again)

Hey firstly no judgement here. Secondly, it’s fine to take tomorrow morning, but next time don’t wait because the longer you do, the less effective it is. The MAP works by preventing your body from ovulating (ie. it stops or delays your ovary’s releasing an egg). So the sooner after unprotected sex the better. Hope that helps and all the best!

Idk why you're choosing to wait till tomorrow instead of today. Did you think the morning after pill was meant literally?? Honestly there's been research suggesting it might even be most effective if you took it right before sex rather than right afterwards.... but obviously the sooner the better. You want to delay your ovulation ASAP, lol

Take it today, I've known women who've gotten pregnant from the guy pulling out and your ovulation window can change from month to to month :)
