Pump sterilising
Currently pumping after every feed to drain my boobs and washing and sterilising the pump every time. Is this necessary after every use?

I saw an advert on Instagram earlier of a spray from Momcozy that apparently helps to keep your pump clean on the go ready for the next use. Haven’t looked into it properly yet but may be worth having a look
I use Milton wipes when I'm not sterilizing

No, it's really not. You can also keep your pump in the refrigerator and only wash it like twice a day. That's what I did at work because we didn't have a sink in the pump room.
