Collagen powder is good for hair fall, as a hairdresser I’ve seen a few clients use this!
Someone said castor oil but it’s really thick, it could be mixed with rosemary oil, I haven’t tried it though but I am also loosing a lot of hair at the minute x
I have prepared a oil with castor oil + rosemary oil + coconut oil, mixed all together. Waiting for the result🥲
It's completely normal and it'll come back Hair has 4 stages of growth: 1) follicular (anagen) 2) growing (catagen) 3) resting (telogen) 4) shedding (exogen) During pregnancy, the hormones make your hair stay in stage 3 (resting). This is why our hair looks fuller during pregnancy. After birth, the hair resumes going through the 4 stages again as normal, but because lots of your hair has all caught up to the resting stage they'll all enter the shedding stage at the same time. And in a few weeks they'll all enter the growing stage at the same time too and you'll have lots of little baby hairs. It's completely normal. There's nothing to worry about and no serums are going to prevent your hair going through the normal 4 stages of growth
I’ve started using hair burst products and they’re really good! I use the derma roller every night with the growth serum around my hair line, then I take the ‘new mums’ pills every morning, then their shampoo and conditioner and their volume and growth elixir when my hair is wet xx
You can order them from Holland and Barrett, they had an offer on when I got them but not sure if they have that anymore x
Thank you so much @Els
