I had my tube removed in August 2024, I went home the next morning and in terms of physical recovery it was super easy for me, I only had to take pain meds for the first day or 2 and then I was fine. I conceived again in November but it was a chemical pregnancy. I then conceived again in December and am now 8 weeks pregnant with twins.
@Ellie wow congratulations, did you have your fallopian tube removed from the ectopic?
@Leona yeah my right tube
@Ellie thank you for sharing, sorry to hear it wasn’t a smooth road for you. But a massive congratulations and thanks for giving me hope🫶🏼
@Leona best of luck to you; you’re time well definitely come 🙂
I'm sorry to hear your going through this. It is a horrible experience. I suffered an ectopic in April 2022 which resulted in emergency surgery and left tube removed . I had a 3 year old at the time. It took me a while confidence wise to try again as the fear of having. Another ectopic was in my mind but I now have a healthy 15 month old who is as looney as her sister lol 😆 once we started to want another baby it only took 1 try and I was pregnant... Hubby was not happy as we only had sex the 1 time and he would have to wait another 9 months lol 🤣
So sorry to hear this! Glad you are healthy and safe!
