B6 can help, but it didn't work for me personally. I lived on zofran during my pregnancy.
Peppermint tea helped
Magnesium!!! They’ve been doing tonnes of research into it and finding it hugely helps morning sickness. Be careful though, it’s possible to overdose on B6, which is often found in pregnancy multivitamins, magnesium supplements and I note people above have recommended it.

Thanks Emma!
b6 will only work if the sickness is caused by a b6 deficiency. In which case 25mg three times a day might really help especially if combined with the antihistamine Unison. X Otherwise a good prenatal with all the b vitamins - as opposed to taking just b6 in isolation- may be a better choice.
vitamin b6 is meant to help with morning sickness but didn’t personally help me, i’m still pregnant with my first but think if i got pregnant again i would try to start the anti-sickness medication from the GP asap as prevention
