Sore under nose
Does anyone have any ideas what this might be? He’s had it a couple of weeks now, worth noting he’s got quite a few teeth cutting as well so not sure if related!

My little girl has this too. Assumed it was from wiping her nose but may be it was from a virus. She has had a cold type virus for weeks.

It looks like the type of sore patch you get when you have a cold and keep rubbing the nose. So it is likely due to teething and when Lo wipes their face they spread the acidic saliva around their nose. For us putting a smidge of vaseline over it 2 or 3 times a day for a couple of days. It keeps it soft/moisturised but is also a barrier for anything that is aggravating it 🙂
