Ebf - expressed milk cups/bottles?
If you're ebf (and want to continue) and have returned to work/baby is at childcare, where you pump through the day...
What are you giving baby expressed milk in when they're not with you?
I know baby bottles aren't recommended, but I don't want her to get used to a faster flow like a 'sippy cup' or straw cup and then reject the boob.
Any advice/tips/product recommendations?
We currently use a TumTum weighted straw cup for water.
Work should provide you with space to pump. A private room etc. the. You just need to plan storage aka ice bag or fridge/freezer if there is one. Your boobs can usually adjust but I found some expressed milk was helpful for the transition in. I think experiment to see what your baby will take from the caregiver. Bottles might be more comforting. Lansinoh bottles were fab for us to be similar to the breast. The reunited feed was the best!
