I try either yoghurt or fruit - something slightly desert-y, but if she doesn’t want anything I just leave it and offer milk at bed
Same story with us recently.. I feel like I've tried everything lately. If he refuses a meal I'm giving his snack foods in a bigger amount, usually this would be some biscuits, crackers, cucumbers or just fruits. I feel like he'll sleep better if he has something solid in his stomach before bed, so he won't be hungry at night.. Still offer milk before bed though.. Good luck! :)
I tend to offer my son some porridge before bed if his tea time meal wasn't successful xx
