My October 2023 baby! In need of some advice, LB is normally healthy & well. He does have a Cows Milk allergy but we have that way under control and know exactly what he can and can’t have so this isn’t an allergic reaction. Please could you tell me if it’s my eyes or there is some mucus & blood in my boys poos! I do apologise in advance for the photos.

We had CMPA as well and it looked like this. Every time we tried to reintroduce dairy before 1 year this was what it looked like. GI said it can take weeks to leave the body and the intestines to heal. So consider the last time he had any dairy. My son got NEC from formula before 1 from cows milk protein. He finally outgrew it at 12 months. I would definitely call to ask pediatrician, and send pictures through his chart if you can.

@Hannah He is 15 months now and we haven’t started introducing diary again yet as we are currently still waiting to see someone. He hasn’t had any kind of diary since he was about 4 months old so it’s defiantly not that. We are currently sat in the doctors waiting room to get him checked over x
