Milk transition

I started off with half cows milk half formula, then the next day 1oz less of formula, 1oz more of cows milk and so on x

Mixed into the formula? Do I make formula as normal first then add cows milk??

I did oz by oz replacement. So for us with 2x 6oz bottles I did on day 1 make 5oz formula bottle and top it up with 1oz cows milk, try for that for a few days then do 4oz bottle with 2oz cows milk. Im still only on half and half as its been a month but any more and she gets constipated

My little boy is on 3 bottles still. At his 12m review the health visitor advised me to sub out one full bottle for cows milk. I did that for a few days and he had no reaction, so after 4 days I swapped them all over. No issues at all xx

I’ve swapped one whole bottle at a time, others do half and half some do oz by oz mixed with formula. There’s no right or wrong just see how baby takes to it

I did it oz at a time every 1/2days 6oz & 1oz of milk & worked down until my formula ran out x
