Every day but she does have a jar/ pouch if we’re home late or rushing out etc. Usually for breakfast it’s porridge with mashed banana or raspberries, toast with butter or peanut butter and some fruit, banana and blueberry pancakes, bagel with butter and fruit pouch, scrambled egg with spinach and cheese Lunch is always slightly lighter so maybe a yoghurt with fruit and some melty sticks or rice cakes, or if she hasn’t had bread for breakfast I’ll add that to lunch For dinner she has fish, ground beef or shredded chicken with broccoli or cauliflower and cheese, sweet potato, white potato, courgettes, cucumber etc. She’s had pasta from the baby jars but I’ve been a bit too nervous to give her whole pieces of pasta. Me and my fiancé are terrible at cooking for ourselves of an evening and end up just throwing in frozen food but I’m really trying to make sure most of her food is home cooked when possible x

Every day and I don't make anything separate. But I will separate some of the food if I normally would put butter or salt on it. Otherwise, there is always something he can eat that we eat. Veggies or little pieces of chicken or whatnot. Sometimes I'll get out some fruit but that's about it.
