BLW

I’ve tried looking at a couple videos but they’re all pretty different, how would you serve spaghetti to your 6 month old?? Or should I not..? He’s 6m and we don’t do BLW everyday so I’m just curious if it’s a good idea or not, or if I should just give something else.

You could always cut the spaghetti, maybe two fingertip lengths or one even so they wont choke/gag from the long spaghetti. It’s totally up to you as the parent but that’s what I did and it worked pretty well! X

I just cut mine into inch long strips or so, but we were 8 months before we tried spaghetti. Before that we were mostly focused on single ingredient foods.

I serve it as it is and she’s fine with it, just make sure you cook it nice and soft xx

Cook more than al dente, a lil more soft, and then give some to him and the rest I make for us as normal. Just his has no sauce on it for now. You can put a purée sauce on like a pumpkin sauce I think I did that a week or 2 in.

I would break in half the amount you want to use, over cook it and make a sauce so it easy for them eat

my lo is stil not keen on pasta unless its got lots of sauce on it and don't forget herbs

@Pam would you have them feed that to themselves with there hands or feed it to them on a spoon?

I would put a folk infront but my lo enjoyed eating with hands
