I am making an appointment to remove my IUD it's the copper one. My cramps and periods have been horrible the last 3months and i just can't take it anymore. I've had it over a year now and it's just gotten bad
What other form is everyone on. I won't do pills cause I forgot I know set a reminder but sometimes I'm traveling and i just leave the house 😅

I was having the same issue had my IUD in since 2016 took it out December 30 and found out via pregnancy test that I’m pregnant 😬 a co worker was telling me about the patch she’s on it and her daughter and they like it
I have Mirena and don't get a period when I'm on it. I've had it 3 different times

I got pregnant with the coil and don’t like taking hormones so I really don’t know what to do contraception wise but the implant worked for me before if you don’t want to have to remember taking a pill.

Is there something in your life or diet that has changed in the last 3 months to be horrible? Since you've had it over a year and only in the last 3 months, you've had an issue? I loved my copper IUD when I had it from 2015-2020 I plan to get another or my husband a vasectomy. The other one I loved was the Nuva ring. Pop it in there for 3 weeks, and the week you take it out, you get your period.
