A vitamin D supplement up to 5000icu/day and a vitamin K supplement to help your body absorb the vitamin D. That's what I'm doing because my vitamin D is also extremely low

Acetaminophen for headaches... those it honestly doesn't always help mine...

The airborne tablets in water have helped me with sore throat before and is safe while breastfeeding

LactApp is great for find medicines safe for breastfeeding. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=es.lactapp.lactapp Get some sun for the vitamin D too. Sometimes the right thing to take a day to rest, medicate and get better while baby takes formula. That way you can be back to 100% after. Just keep pumping during that time every time baby eats.
