Questions about birth

I have some questions about my second birth which are bugging me. I didn’t have a electronic notes or apps or anything. How can I find out what happened and why from GWH?

You can request a copy of your notes, and/or you can request a birth debrief for someone to go through the notes with you (the notes can be difficult to understand on their own), and you can ask this person any questions you may have

How can I do that? Do I call my GP or the hospital?
