Baby engaged

Hey? What do you mean by this?

@Jelena engaged means how far babies head is in your pelvis. It's marked out of 5 x

So they said he was 4/5 engaged. Only the tip of his head, I just wondered if there was anyway to make him further into my pelvis, any exercises etc x

Oh i see, lots of walking, raspberry leaf tea (didn’t help me but I’ve heard it helped loads of women), curb walking, spicy foods, crispy chilli beef from the Chinese takeaway is what sent me into labour next day at 5am 🤣. All the best xx
