I’m currently working with a personal trainer right now and I understand how to eat and exercise but I’m wondering if this would be a good addition and if I continue to workout like I am, if the results would last @Allie
EMS is effective, it takes maybe 2-3 sessions to understand your level settings. If you would like to incorporate, it would be a great addition. I would mostly recommend the strength sessions at EMS
I went for a consultation and they said I would need 4 EMS and 20 cryo @Allie it’s expensive so that’s why I wonder if it’s permanent 😟
hi! I work as a trainer at an EMS gym, it is effective but you have to be consistent. There are also external factors such as diet and genetics to determine how quickly your results will be. I would recommend utilizing the inbody device to track muscle mass and body fat. Talk to a certified coach or go to an online calculator to track how much caloric intake you should be having daily and calculate your macros (protein, fats, carbs). Pm me if you have any questions
