I'm a flexi aglie worker and have been the last 10 years. It baffles me how some company's only moved to this with covid and how some still haven't moved to this. I'm using annual leave until the end of summer to have Fridays off. I've done a flexible working application witch will start from September. Where I'll work 32 hours over 4 days for a fixed period of a year. Then after this I'll do another flexible working application and increase to 34 hours maybe x
@CeeCee I agree with Cece, make sure you check the exact justification and your rights https://www.springhouselaw.com/what-are-parents-rights-for-flexible-working From what I understand, they need to show a clear business need, rather than “habit” of having people on site
Did they give you a proper reason for denying the request? There are legal parameters they have to meet. Does anyone else work from home?
