Job help

My flexi request was denied, so id have to be onsite 5 days a week. Out the house for at least 11 hours. I’m searching for other jobs but we want another child. Do I hang on for next maternity or quit ? I’m literally losing precious time with my little boy.

Did they give you a proper reason for denying the request? There are legal parameters they have to meet. Does anyone else work from home?

I'm a flexi aglie worker and have been the last 10 years. It baffles me how some company's only moved to this with covid and how some still haven't moved to this. I'm using annual leave until the end of summer to have Fridays off. I've done a flexible working application witch will start from September. Where I'll work 32 hours over 4 days for a fixed period of a year. Then after this I'll do another flexible working application and increase to 34 hours maybe x
