help!
my lg is 22 months shes just been given liquid antibiotic's for strep A. she will not swallow it at all ive tried from a spoon and syringe ive tried in a drink even in weetbix shes having none of it but desperatley needs to start taking it as shes very unwell đ©

@Hallie I second this. Sometimes we have to be cruel to be kind!
When my little guy had to take antibiotics, we mixed it with ice cream and he took it no problem! Just melt the ice cream a bit, mix it in, and refreeze. Our doctor friends recommended this to us as this is a kid who will spit out the meds when we use a syringe
Prolly gonna get alot of hate for it but I have been there several times take ur syringe put it in the back of her cheek and hold her nose she will have to swallow it ik it sounds awful but all else fails
