What are we doing to keep these babies entertained!

I have; the fisher price piano playmat, the mamas and papas chair, a baby bjorn bouncer, the baby Einstein tummy time mat, the baby Einstein under the sea moving thingy, so many sensory toys, we go to two baby classes a week, we walk two or three times a day one in carrier, we sing and (I) dance, we read books - lots of books, we have a sensory bubble lamp to watch from our various seats. He watches me cook and clean and get on with things whilst and we chat but STILL STILL - He needs entertaining. Is there anything that actually entertains your three month old for longer than ten minutes?? I’m losing my mind. We got in the bath for something to do. The days are so long. Everything lasts 5 mins or less.

It’s so difficult isn’t it! The only thing I also do is some rolling practice on a mat, a YouTube sensory class sometimes, fidget spinners on the window and let them either use hands or feet to move them and looking in the mirror! X

I don’t feel like my little boy needs entertaining. He still sleeps a lot though. He just watches me cleaning, cooking and running around after my toddler. We don’t really do much else really x

Similar to Claire here! definitely appreciate it’s easier when it’s your second because you have less time to entertain them 🤣 but it has made me realise that often, less is more - my little boy is very content just observing what’s going on around him xx

My 4m old is happy watching me around the house tbh!! Interacting with him and passing him toys/objects as I go. We walk once a day and play in between naps, sometimes make it to the baby class once a week, a book before bed every night. I found more peace (for both of us) letting him slot into our family life rather than scheduling our day around entertaining and stimulating baby alone, I feel like the world is stimulating enough and actually find he gets over stimulated if we do to much but also every baby is different. He’s starting to need a lot more interaction the past couple of weeks, shouting if we don’t give him enough attention 🤣 if you can, enjoy the slow days whilst they last!!

Same as others , I don’t find I need to entertain my boy that much. He watches what I do, looks at his own hands , sleeps , or just comes with me to walks / shopping / meet friends. Etc etc
