Nope, have had good and bad with each gender
Good experiences with both!
With my last pregnancy I ad both that was amazing, a male one went it to so much detail was in there and hr said I ad a textbook baby so was nice to get Detail look at everything Then later on as I ad a big baby I ad repeat scans due to high fluid and other stuff and had one.who specialised in big babies and again she took her time explaining everything and the next steps (she was a midwife too) so.was great
Never thought about it but I’ve never had a male sonographer
The second male I had bruised my stomach and left me in excruciating pain and the first one didn’t say a word and had me in and out in 2 minutes with so many questions. Females are by far the better sonographers.
I always asked for female
my male sonographer was literally so sweet. He showed us faces she was making went into detail about her position and everything. He enjoyed his job and was so entertained, descriptive and entertaining! also took great pictures.
I only had one experience with a male, which I didn’t want because I prefer female. (Considering I’m a hijabi) so he was definitely quick with me, I think mainly coz it was awkward.
The best scan I had was with a male sonographer. He really took the time to explain what he was looking for and what we could see in terms we could clearly understand. He didn’t rush, and he was amazing. He also identified the gender for us.
