My kid sleeps during the night
I normally have a baby sling on to do my things
fisher price kick n play and the little Einsteins aquarium! my baby girl is almost 3 months and she loves the lights and movement. having a bouncer with mirrors attached to it or fun toys.
I’m glad I’m not alone. I’m on the same boat. 😅
@Emily lol my baby hates the sling- I’m hoping when she gets older and can hold head up she will like it better ( 10 weeks here) she likes to look out so she hates being smashed up against my chest

So I’ve found that my baby likes being bounced on a yoga ball more than anything else. I’ll put her in a baby carrier and bounce on the ball while I work on my computer and she usually falls asleep. I’d recommend a cloth carrier for this, I have the baby ktan but there are less expensive ones.

Just wanted to say this post was so encouraging because I’ve just started back to work (from home) and am having a similar issue. Need the job to pay for all the things but it’s tough!

@Ann yes love I came back after a week and I’ve been managing because he slept pretty much until the afternoon. But NOW 🥲 he has FOMO lol
Wear that baby. Walk around and be on that phone. Being close to you, hearing your voice, plus the motion of walking will knock his little butt out. If your on the computer try to stand and walk in place. Works like a charm lol
My baby will sleep 2-2.5 hours in the carrier / sling :)

@Lauren my first hated the wrap. She would arch her back and go stiff as a board while screaming. I kept thinking I just didn’t know how to do it right even tho I watched every video. Now my second loves it. We take almost all our day naps in it because I’m running around with my oldest. Each kid is different. Just gotta try stuff til it works lol
@Autumn uh I’m really hoping she likes it when she can face our cause I’ve spent a ton of money on like 4 different wraps…
