Valentine’s Day
My daughters 1st birthday is on Valentine’s Day, we’re having a party for her on the 15th my question is, is it overkill if I get her a valentines basket and birthday presents? I feel bad because her birthday is on a holiday 😭

I thinks it’s really cool she has her birthday on Valentine’s Day! It’s special! But definitely do both gifts.

It’s not overkill if it’s important to you!! It’s understandable that you wouldn’t want the holiday to overshadow her birthday, and want her birthday to feel special! When she’s older she may decide she does or doesn’t want to celebrate both, but for now do what you want! I had a coworker whose birthday is on Valentine’s Day and she definitely expected gifts for both 😂
