Screen time
I have severe anxiety and little things make me overwhelmed a lot. I don’t often allow my boy any screen time as I don’t necessarily agree with it however today I am so sick like i can’t move or be bothered to keep my boy entertained. Is it ok if I give him screen time? The thought of it is sending my brain into overdrive.

He will be absolutely fine, it's better he has it so you have chance to rest and recover more quickly. When I had the flu I don't know how I would've survived without it to give me some rest time. I hope you feel better soon
Yea screen time is totally fine especially if it doesn’t happen often. If you do it when you’re sick or whenever it’s totally fine
Absolutely! Just choose something low stimulating like postman pat or jo jo and gran gran xx
