Constantly hungry four month old
Hey all
My little girl is nearly 16 weeks and has CMPA, she is on alfamino milk, and she is constantly hungry! She's wanting bottles every 1.5 hours, I don't know what to do, I cannot keep up with it 😳 is this just a phase or is this milk not very filling for them?

@Beth hello, yes I'm hoping it's a cluster feeding week because I just cannot keep up! So we actually started on SMA Althera (particularly hydrolysed) and she still had symptoms, I told the doctors I wanted to stick to the same brand if possible and they were happy to prescribed Alfamino with it, she'd like a new baby on it, just hungry! X
My lg is on the same 😂 she is the polar opposite xx
@Sinead these babies 🤣 all so different aren't they, I heard that some babies really don't like it, so I was worried she wasn't going to, but apparently she cannot get enough 🤣

I've got to admit when I changed my son to nutrigamen he was scoffing it like mad. But now I'm not sure I just think they go through phases of wanting more than less. Could I just ask please, what made her end up on alfamino, is it one of the last ones they try if the others don't suit? I'm not convinced this Nutrigamen is right still and wondering how to approach it, our next paed assessment isn't until 05/03. Thanks x
