Hi, what order do you put the hot shot and powder? I saw that you cannot put hot water straight in the mam bottle and to mix the powder in after but isn't that how you kill the bacteria if you put the hot water in the powder straightaway?

Tbh I make big batches of milk. I use a glass jar. Put powder, hot water, then shake a bit. Idk if that kills the bacteria well or not but I hace been doing that for 2 months now. I let it cool, bottle it and is good for 24 hrs in the fridge. Just grab and warm up. Have you tried doing something similar? That way you can be sure the temperature is ok?
Why aren’t you meant to put hot water straight in the mam….
When I was using mam bottles I just used them normally with the prep machine… never had any issue or heard of it being a problem!
We used to put hot water shot in the mam bottles . Didn't realise you weren't meant to !
