Predominantly white school.....
So I know I have a whole year still but I'm terrified for my son to go to kindergarten 😭 it's predominantly white kids but to my understanding there's a lot more biracial kids now around his age especially since there were so many covid babies but like idk how to prepare him. He doesn't see color of course but I know how it feels because I've never been accepted by either side (I'm black & white & my son is also Puerto Rican). Kids are mean & I'm ready to throw hands with a 5 year old if needed 😂😂

@Ayana🪬 See and I wish I could where I live but the school that's considered diverse education has dropped significantly & also are very dangerous I mean we are always hearing about stabbings & etc & even the high schools have implemented medal detectors so I don't want to put my son in any situation

Being mixed I’m sure we both know how it feels to look different and kids are mean . Unfortunately there are even teachers that can’t be trusted due to their views on black/hispanic children or mixed race children.Personally to try to minimize the potential discrimination I’m going to be sure to enroll my son in a school that’s big on diversity with both students and teachers.
