Nioxin shampoo still on pricey side but lasts well and I have definitely seen improvement.

My hairdresser also recommended rosemary oil to massage scalp with as well and massaging the scalp in general to get circulation flowing to stimulate

Didn't do anything, it's winter so hats was my best friend. Mine started growing back after 2/3 months. Remember to take your vitamin D still!! Xx

Botana oil is a damn miracle. My little tiny blonde hairs that never grew long started growing. Make sure you’re getting enough minerals, be careful which hair ties you use and brush carefully with comb when wet or damp. Hair oiling the scalp with a little oil and massaging in often is great for hair.

Just got a nice chop so at least the hair I have left looks fuller and the hair I lose isn't soooo long. Last time, it stopped on its own and eventually went back to normal
