Baby losing his voice?

My son did when he had Covid at around 7 month old.

My daughter did this a few weeks ago. Hers was from squealing at her toy! Was completely happy and herself. We kept on top of frequent feeds and keeping an eye in case she was in pain with it. It quickly passed and she's all good again now 😁

My son lost it with tonsillitis

My 21 month old lost his a couple of weeks ago, we all had a bad cold with sore throats, he was fine in himself otherwise, we were given steroids for suspected croup but told to hold on to see if it worsened and we didn't have to give it in the end and he's back to his loud shouty self x

My nearly 3 year old lost his voice for a couple of days last week as he had a sore throat with a cold. He soon got it back again, though 😄

Thanks everyone! Looks like it might not be anything major. I’ll hold off until we’re back to contact the GP see if it sorts itself out. Hopefully it’s nothing 🙏
